Step 1: To get started, click here. You will be contacted by an Attorney within 24 hours. Or simply call our office: 978-671-0711.

Step 2: Forward this website to your friends, family and co-workers who may need a will and maybe interested in attending your Will-Signing Party_SM.

Step 3: Compile a guest list.  Email your guests’ names, email addresses and telephone numbers to our office along with a party date, subject to availability.  (nights and weekends are available) 

Step 4: A local Attorney contacts all of your guests via email with an invitation and simple questionnaire for completion and return by email.

Step 5: When questionnaires are returned, the Attorney will contact everyone by telephone to review estate plan details and answer any questions. Attorney prepares a draft estate plan which is emailed to each client for their review.

Step 6: Guests attend your home based Will-Signing Party to confidentially sign and receive their individualized estate plans.  Payment is made in advance of party by credit card (MC/VISA).

Policies

No alchol is allowed to be served to guests attending Wil-Signing party_SM.

Timing of response: Client questionnaire must be submitted to Attorney at least one week prior to Wil-Signing party_SM.

Party size: 6 couples maximum per Will-Signing Party_SM.
